Sidecar transfer

When using a SPA504G and the sidecar I am unable to to announce the transfer.

When you press the speed dial on the sidecar it performs a blind transfer - anyway to make this transfer a consult?

Hi Tony;

By default the sidercar uses blind transfer. If you want the transfer to be consult, try the softkeys instead or use call parking as alternative ("e.g. you have Mr. YYY on slot 1", then user can just get the call by pressing the call park button mapped to his phone).

If you have room on your sidecar to add intercom buttons to the other extensions the user could press the IC button, that would place the current call on hold. After informing the coworker of the incoming transfer the user would then just need to press the "Xfer line" soft key.
