Please HELP
I have a new WIP310 and I attempted to upgrade the firmware.
The update application says the upgrade was sucessful, but now the screen is blank.
The phone appears to turn on, and all I see is a while screen.
also there no drivers for windows 7
How do I fix?

try to factory reset and upgrade again to see if windows come back. If not, then RMA the phone.

Call into the SBSC at 866-606-1866. They will be able to open up a troubleshooting ticket and rma the device if they cannot get into it. Just make sure you have the serial number and if needed proof of purchase and they will be able to take care of you.

Attached is a link to support Centers across the world. Contact them for troubleshooting or replacement. If the device is not responsive and cannot be configured, you have to go through your local channel for replacement for the device. Hope this helps.
