Greetings everyone,
I have a particular customer who is requesting that when a inbound call is received that it stays on the SPA 303 phones screen for an extended amount of time after hangup so they can copy the inbound call into a spread sheet.
This had worked for them before but after switching providers the phones needed to be factory reset. I would like to know if there is a configuration option that would accomplish what they are requesting.
Any help of direction would be greatly appreciated.
