I wanna make a factory reset in my SPA301 any suggestion how to do that, thanks for your help.

Hi Ricardo,
You can do it via IVR present in the phone.
Check section "Using IVR on the Cisco SPA301 and Cisco SPA501G IP Phone"
4—Factory Reset—Restores the phone to the factory default software
and settings. Enter 1 to confirm or * to cancel.
