Does someone have a link to the document for setting this up with the UC500? I had it before but can't find it now.

I don't think there is even a work around for the SPA 8000.

Jason,
The SPA8800 is not supported, but I did setup a SPA8000 to the UC500 with little or no trouble at all.
Attached is the document that you are looking for to make the SPA8000 work
