SPA9000 + SPA400 = SPA502G msg SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

Hi guys,

I dont know why, only one of our 4 IP phones (SPA502G) shows:

'ServiceUnavailable'

'To: vmm'

When try to press voicemail button or try to dial '*97'.

Why?????????????? What happened?

My Environment

##############
SPA9000 (Software Version: 6.1.5 / Hardware Version: 1.0.5)  = IP 192.168.1.10/24

SPA400 (Firmware Version: 1.1.2.2 with USB 120Mb key) = IP 192.168.1.5/24

SPA502G (Software Version: 7.4.7 / Hardware Version:  1.0.0(0001)) = DHCP

Hi Renato

If you used the setup wizard then reconfigure the phone in client stations through the wizard.

If that doesnt work back up the config and factory reset and try again.

The other thing to check is that you dial plan on the phone is set the same as the other handsets.
