Hello
I have an UC 560 with 100 Ip phones with 2 T1 lines, and sometimes a couple phones lost communicactions with the UC, and for the phone start working again you need to unplug the phone, We used to have an CCM 4.1 and didn't have this issues, for one reason is the UC could handle that amount of phones.

For one you should mention which phone type?
Is that you that have installed and maintaining the syste? Or you have an UC certified Cisco partner do it ?
