I have a new installation of a UC560. It is using the aa_sbcs_v03.aef script in Auto Attendant.
Currently, when a user dials an extension if it is not picked up it will go to voicemail. My client would like the option of letting the caller dial "0" or another extension rather than leave a voicemail. I have "0" setup as a blast group. Can this be done in CCA or is some other custom scripting method needed? If it is a custom script, how would I go about creating it? An example script with the above option would be appreciated.
Thanks

In the CUE GUI, you can change the input settings to allow 0
to go to a certain extension.
That being said, It is not supported in CCA.

Georgios,
There is not a "script" that you need. You just need to modify the settings for the caller input on the users Voicemail box. This can only be done through the CUE web interface.
Thank you,
Darren
