I was told by Cisco support that the UC320 does not support connection/registration of remote IP phones ... only locally attached phones can register.
My question was, if an L2L VPN existed, would a remote IP phone then be able to register? It was then stated that an "official" statement could not be made, and that I would need to ask this support community whether this would work. I hereby ask this question.
To take it one step further, if the IP address of the UC320 is natted to a public address via and ASA, is there a possibility that a remote phone can register?
TIA
