I'm trying to upgrade my uc320 using this link through wan:
http://firmware.ciscosbs.com/CloudAssistedUpgrader.html
And I can see that its trying to upgrade from 2.0.1(8) to 2.0.12(9) with three steps:
1. downloading firmware
2. upgrading firmware
3. restarting system
The downloading is completed 100% then it start with step 2 upgrading then it gave me this error:
There is not enough memory (RAM) on your system to complete this operation.<br/><br/>Close all browser sessions along with any other non-essential applications before attempting to retry this operation. (0x02)
I'm trying to do the upgrade since I'm unable to login to configuration utility and seems O'm hitting this bug or issue here:

appreciate any support on this,

Hi Ibrahim,
I'll suggest rebooting your PC and only opening the web browser to do the upgrade. Close any other apps you may have open like IM clients. Next try the upgrade again.
Also, note that if the uplink speed on (or your downlink speed) is slow, it may take the GUI a few minutes to fully come up.
Hope this helps.

Dear Friedrich,
Many thanks for the interest, I was able to solve this issue by reinstalling Adobe Flash Player version 11 then installing
Adobe Flash Player version 10 from this link:
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html#main_Archived_versions
After that I was able to login to uc320 and do the upgrade to latest version 2.3.2 and everything is working fine now
I had a small issue that I'm unable to find KSA "Saudi Arabia" as an option for Region so I'm unable to use the dial plan since it's predefined based on region selection and not customizable, also I went over this too by selecting German "deutsche" and it worked for me mostly for all patterns in KSA.
After that I faced another issue with phones language since it become in deutsche but was able to fix it by selecting English,USA language from the phone but I need to do it one by one anyway atleast it works.
The final issue I'm facing and stuck with is the time since deutsche is GMT +1 and KSA is GNT +3
Many thanks again for you're effort on this!
Regards!

Friedrich / Ibrahim,
I have the UC320W and I am having a similar problem, it is a bit more advanced , i cannot get to the GUI screen. i get the blue screen and the Green progress bar and nothing else no login or password page, i have read that maybe an OS upgrade would fix this but how does one upgarde an OS when the GUI is inaccessible.
Thanks

Hi Shakeel,
The version of UC320W may be not compatible with the Adobe Flash. There is a known incompatiblity with Adobe Flash Player 11 and UC320W Configuration Utility running on firmware earlier than 2.1.2. Please check the following link to get the workaround.
