When a call comes in to the UC500 and is transferred to an outside line, the caller ID the person on the outside line receives is the number of the transferring location as opposed to the originating caller. Is there any way to configure the system to pass the caller ID of the originating caller to the offsite transfer?

Hi,
This is normal behavior, the UC500 will be picking the call up, dialing the transferred number via PSTN, SIP etc... and then connecting the 2 calls together.
Unfortunately this is not like the type of divert you see when the PSTN do a call divert where the CLI survives intact.
Thanks
James
