UC540 and ISDN BRI (British Telecom)

Hello

We have installed a UC540-BRI system and it will not make inbound/outbound calls via ISDN 2 BRI.
ISDN status looks fine but it does not work, inbound are generally unobtainable/engaged and outbound display "Unknown Number".
British Telecom confirm that the lines are fine but I am not convinced we are using the right ISDN setting and seems nobody at British Telecom know either!

Below is the current ISDN status along with the configuration of each interface.

Thanks

These are symptom of misconfiguration, possibly this is first cisco UC you have installed.

You can take "debug isdn q931" with "term mon" to see what happens.
