UC540 fax error - connection time out (T37 fax to mail):reason file size limit

Hello,

We cannot receive incoming faxes anymore.

It was working GREAT for a few weeks, nothing changed, but after a few weeks it was not possible te receive faxes anymore.

I found a work arround : I increased the mailbox sizes from 12minutes (default) to 40 minutes.

But i'm affraid that within a new few weeks the problem comes back when we reached the 40 minutes.

So, can somebody tell me how to deleted the files (faxes) that are saved anwywhere in the UC ?

Because it's only an extension (direct fax to mail) we have no possiblity to deleted the voicefiles with a phone...

you can login the mailbox and delete the fax, just like deleting a voice message with option 3

You can also use CUE Web Inbox to delete messages or do other things with them.

Because we use Fax To Mail (T.37), we have no phone for this extension.

We have no much experience, we use only CCA.

How can we login to such mailbox or how we use the Web Inbox.

on any phone what has mailbox and CUE account(just regular phone)

- call to CUE extension or press message button

- [enter your password]      : press *  and wait 3 seconds

- [enter your id]                   : press the T37 extenson

- [enter your password]           : press the t37 extenson's password

- now you are in the T37 mailbox, and hear all the options

But it's a little bit stupid that faxes als are stored in de the voicemail mailbox.

As you know that we received 20 faxes a week .. it is every week some stupid work...
