On our UC540, we have set a couple of numbers for Single-Number Reach to call our Cisco Jabber enabled iPhones. Since they are a different extension than our primary extension, the voicemail box is a different mailbox that the primary number called, i.e. my main desk extension is 301 and my SNR for my Jabber is 321. How can I get extension 321 to go to voicemail-box for extension 301?

Make sure that no-answer timeout in snr command is shorter than the one on the SNR other extension..

When you configure SNR, you can configure voicemail number and timeout for no answer. Theephone-dn number mailbox will then be activated in all cases.

We tried that and it would ring through but then the system seemed to point to the voicemail box for the 321 extension as it said there is no mailbox setup for this extension.
