UC560/7941 Phones Can we disable the DND button?

I have a group of users that are in a hunt group and we need to disable the DND button on their phones.  I am running UC560 with 8.2.0, CCA 3.11 config.

Is this possible?

You can eliminate almost any softkey. Check 'softkey' in 'ephone-template'.

Using the latest CCA you can configure softkeys under "Phone Customization".

You simply create templates, then assign them to phones.

I am not sure if that feature is included in CCA 3.1.1. (Though 8.2.0 is certainly capable of that feature)
