T1 PRI connection

Confirmed with carrier these settings:

  • T1 line coding = B8ZS
  • T1 framing = ESF
  • Interface switch Type for PRI - National with FAS (User side)
  •   Hunt Type = two way, descending (channel 23 to 1)
  •   Switch Protocol = See ISDN PRI switch-types above

Waiting for call back from SBSC. Any ideas?

Hi Jeremy,

To start whenever you're having call routing issues I always get a debug voice ccapi inout.  If you do that you want to see what dial-peer it is hitting along with the disconnect cause code.

Also, have you setup your Dial-plan incoming?  A common thing i've seen is that the DID numbers you setup in CCA are not exactly as they are sent by the telco. CCAPI can confirm this as well.

Let me know if you need help.

Dial plan from telco was 4 digit DIDs. We had them configured with 10 digits. Thanks Trent

Glad to hear it was resolved
