Hi everyone,
I've an UC560 with 4 FXS ports built-in.
In 2 of the 4 ports of the UC, I've configured 2 stcapp phones.
After some time of use, these 2 ports became unavailable, so I've to make the command "shut" and "no shut" to return to life these 2 ports. They remain working during some amount of time and became unavailable again, and the solution is the same, "shut" "no shut".
Anyone have experienced this?
Here's the configuration of the ports:
voice-port 0/0/2
compand-type a-law
cptone PT
timeouts interdigit 20
timeouts ringing infinity
station-id number 341
caller-id enable
!
voice-port 0/0/3

Are you running the latest software pack? If not, update and check again.

Hi Paolo,
Thanks for your answer.
I don't have the latest CME, is that what you refer?

Hi Luis,
Yes means both IOS, CME and CUE which are included in current software pack 8.2.

Hi Alex,
I had already considered this option but I want to use it as a last resort, I'm looking now for other tips, but it's an option open.
Thanks for your help.
Best Regards,
LuisM

You should not consider having an updated system as an option, but as necessary step to get best results.

Hi LuisM,
I am confused a little here, so please confirm or set me straight.
Looking at your configuration it resembles that of an FXO configuration not an FXS, although I do know in some countries the Carriers do use FXS for hand-offs, are you in a country where the carrier does this, or did you mean to say FXO and not FXS??
Is this system CLI configured or is it CCA configured?
Cheers,
David.

Hi David,
Thanks for your answer.
It's an FXS, for sure, because it is already built-in in the UC.
This is CLI configs.

LuisM
