After upgrading a UC560 to 8.6.2 with CCA 3.2.3 I have a strange clock issue. Voicemail timestamps are 2 hours early, i.e. a message left at 3pm will be stamped 1pm. Also the schedule for the AutoAttendant is 2 hours off.
I have read up on the issue and ran the "show clock detail" on both the router CLI and the CUE to verify timezones and proper NTP. Here is what I got:
Connected to the CUE service module:
se-10-1-10-1# show clock detail
18:29:14.188 CDT Sun Aug 25 2013
time zone: America/Chicago
clock state: sync
delta from reference (microsec): 703
estimated error (microsec): 477
time resolution (microsec): 1
clock interrupt period (microsec): 10000
time of day (sec): 1377473354
time of day (microsec): 583967
Connected to the router:
PAA#show clock detail
18:29:29.098 CDT Sun Aug 25 2013
Time source is NTP
Summer time starts 02:00:00 CST Sun Mar 10 2013
Summer time ends 02:00:00 CDT Sun Nov 3 2013
As you can see the clocks are synced up between the two. Both show the correct timezone (Central Dayight Time). The clock on the phones is correct and CCA shows the correct time as well. This issue surfaced immediately when the unit was upgraded to 8.6.2.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hello,
If the clock configuration changes on the CUE, the CUE has to be reloaded. Can you reload CUE and test again?
Thanks,

Hi John,
Thanks for the reply. I have reloaded the entire UC560 with no change in behavior. At the end of the workday today I will reload just the CUE and let you know if that corrects the problem.
