Control Hub Billing

Hi Everyone,

I was using Control hub and I wanted to configure billing for my account through "Account" tab in control hub. But I gotto know that i did'nt have that "Billing" option included in that. Can somebody tell me what is the problem so i can resolve it.                                                                                 Or

How can i access billing information in WebEx control Hub?

You purchased the webex through a partner or direct? Is this a paid subscription ?

 

 

Billing information only shows up for paid subscriptions, and not for trial accounts. Billing information is only available for customers who purchased subscriptions from webex.com. If you purchased Webex subscriptions from a partner, contact that partner for billing information.

Log in to the Cisco Webex Control Hub at http://admin.webex.com.

  1. In the left navigation bar, select Account under Management.
  2. Click on the Billing Info tab to view your payment methods:
 

 


The 'Default payment method' appears:
 

 


To add a new alternate payment method:

  1. Click Add a Payment Method.
  2. Fill out the payment method details.
  3. Click Save
 

 


Now the new payment method will be displayed as an Alternate Payment Method.

Pls contact with your WebEx account manager or Partner they well definitely give you the solution for this. In my case we have these feature in our organisation control hub.

We are partner with Cisco. I login to control Hub through Partner ID. Recently we purchased license for Clients. So i wanted to check their billing information. But I could not find that Tab.

Choose webex billing.
