Directory not showing on phones (8865)

I do not have active directory synchronization or anything turned on. Our WebEx Calling phone system is on its own. The users used to be able to tap the "directory" button on their phone and search through the directory of other WebEx Calling users. However, now when users tap the "directory" button and search for anything, nothing comes up. Is there something in the admin portal I should be looking at in regards to a directory? I can't seem to find any settings related to that.

Hello, 

What I do to get the directory button on the phone to work is go to Calling --> Service Settings -->  Configure Default Device Settings (This is for all phones). Under MPP,  Change the Contacts Option from Webex Directory to XSI Directory.  

Not sure why the Default option of Webex Directory does not work. Maybe someone here can explain how to get the Webex Directory to work.
