Hi @jaheshkhan,
If the customer has purchased this codec along with a license, they should have received a Webex Control Hub provisioning email. If they haven't received it, they should verify with the partner who placed the order for the codec and license. The partner can assign the customer's email address to provision the order, making them the Webex Control Hub Administrator automatically. Once the provisioning process is finished, the customer can add more users and assign administrative roles as needed.

The Smart Account and Control Hub logins are distinct; the Smart Account holds Smart licenses, not Webex licenses.
The Control Hub oversees all Webex subscriptions, licensing, and device management.
You’ve indicated an interest in using the device with MS Teams.
A device can be dual-registered, connecting with both the Control Hub and MS Teams. In this case, device administration and updates are managed through the Control Hub. Alternatively, you can register the device exclusively with MS Teams, where administration and updates are handled through the MS Teams Administration.
As Vaijanath Sonvane pointed out, when your order includes Webex licensing, Cisco will send a provisioning email to the email address specified in the order. By following the link in the email, you can activate the Webex Control Hub licenses.
The email will be dispatched from “webex_comm@webex.com”. It’s important to whitelist this domain to prevent any issues with the receipt of emails from this domain, as has been observed with some customers.
Partners can also handle this provisioning process. The best person to help you is the partner who sold you the licenses.

Thank you. How can partners handle the provisioning process? I didn't understand that point. The activation process link will be sent to the provisioning contact email ID. Can partners perform the same steps? Can you explain that?
If so, we can instruct them to proceed. The company wants everything to be handled by the partner without their intervention.
Additionally, do you have complete steps for the registration of the codec to Webex Hub Control and MS Teams setup at the codec side?
