How to disable WebRTC (desktop) option for WxCC agents

Now that WebRTC is available for our Agents in WxCC, is there a way to disable this option?

We are currently not wanting to use this/implement this feature at this time and if someone accidently clicks that Radial option menu we don't want them to log in, have things not work properly giving a bad experience to our customers. 

We don't want to disable WebRTC for the browser itself (we use MS Edge) so we don't impact people trying to join meetings via the web browser.  We just want to remove the Desktop option for our WxCC agents.

In WxCC admin portal of Control Hub go to the voice option under tenant settings and toggle WebRTC to off.

Hi @Adamjs29,

You have two options here:

1. You can disable WebRTC across your WxCC tenant by method specified by @John Steele. Contact Center >> Tenant Settings >> Voice

2. You can disable Desktop option per group under Contact Center >> Desktop Experience >> Desktop Profile >> Select Profile >>  Voice Channel Options. This will disable the Desktop option for group that doesn't want it. With this option, you can continue to use WebRTC for testing without affecting other groups.
