Issue with auto account creation

Hi all,

I have created a webex test site for testing SSO and Auto Account Creation between WebEx site admin and Azure AD, but i always got the following error message. Already checked user information based on the link https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX54421/Error-Auto-account-creation-failed-31, any suggestion?
