Stop Cisco Headsets auto-registering to our Control Hub?

A client has their own personal Cisco 530 Headset that they used on their own personal laptop for a Webex meeting and is has registered itself to our Control Hub. We have multiple on-prem devices we are already managing and don't what our device lists populated with non-managed personal accessories like this.

Is there a way to stop certain devices like Cisco Headsets auto-registering to our Control Hub?

This is what I know. Headsets register to a "user" against the software they are using e.g. Webex App . They don't take up a license in your control hub nor "register" to control hub. You are able to see reporting on firmware etc from control hub.
So if the concern is on taking up licensing then it should not be a concern. If the concern is you are seeing headsets which are not officially corporate "managed" or "purchased", we don't have a way to stop that today. You could try... but I am not sure if they will reappear again. Let the community know if this works!

Thanks @Ashish Patel

No concerns about taking up license, we assumed that would be the case. Just don't want to be reporting on devices that aren't ours.

We've deleted the accessory from Control Hub and will see if it reappears

Hi @Ashish Patel

Device reappeared when used again by the user even after we deleted it.

I think there is no way to disable that at the moment but you can submit a feature request here https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/
