Hi Teams,
For Webex Hybrid Service Management configuration, we allowed all ports to Expressway and its IP address, but the initial registration fails with the following statement.
Failed: Update failed to complete within time limit.
If you know the cause and solution of this problem, I need your help.

Hello @5959,
Please make sure you have the latest updated Webex Root CA Certificates in your Expressway server. See the following article for guidance:
Update Webex Root CA Certificate for Expressway Hybrid Service Connector Hosts
https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/fta9r7/Update-Webex-Root-CA-Certificate-for-Expressway-Hybrid-Service-Connector-Hosts
Once you have those Cert's updated please re-try the process and share the results.
