I was told to go to the customer portal to file a request for a refund but I can't find anything that resembles customer service.
I signed up for WebEx in late April, finally got a clean invoice in August, paid it, and can't access the service. I'm done. I don't want this service, I want a refund. No one wants to help me. Seems to be a good product but the people side of the company is straight out of the dark ages.

This was a partial solution. The link was correct - https://customerservice.cloudapps.cisco.com/ - but I needed the steps outlined because it was not intuitive how to open a support request. Thanks to email support, that has been accomplished.

Good tip. Supposedly a service request has been opened but it doesn’t appear on my dashboard. I’d mark this resolved if it did. Sigh.

Open a case from Customer service HUB(CSH). You can access Customer Service HUB Hub through below link.
