when I answer a call on the reception console, then hit PARK, the call fails
I have a call park extension defined
any help would be appreciated. thanks

The Park button uses Call Park Group, not Call Park Extension. The receptionist needs to be a member of a Park Group and then it should Park the call correctly against one of the extensions in that Park Group.

Did you tried parking using #58 ?
