Hello, my customer is saying that when they dial from the webex app they dial '0' for external calls, but if they dial from a physical phone, they have to dial '00'. I don't see where could be this difference.
If I go to Services > Call > Locations, select a location and scroll to Dialing, external dialing is set to '0'.
Why could the physicall phones need a '00' for external calls?
