Does Webex Control Hub allow you to assign DN ranges for specific DIDs

Hello,

We are in the process of transissioning our company from CUCM registered phones to Webex cloud. When assigning a number to a user via the Webex Control Hub, you then need to manually type the 4 digit extension. I am curious if I Webex Control Hub has a Dial Plan Management system that will allow me to add all of my owned numbers and allocate certain DN ranges ot each set of numbers. This way when I go to assign a number to a user at any given site, the 4 digit ext automatically generates removing the need to refer to a spreadsheet. Does this option exist to anyone's knowledge? Much appreciated.

-Cheers

No, you'd have to use a 3rd party application such as Akkadian Provisioning Manager or Kurmi.

I also think you should submit this idea on Aha and it may already be there for an upvote.  The Cisco product team reviews these suggestions and prioritizes new features.

Thank you. We've used Akkadian Receptionist Console but I was not familiar with their provisioning manager. I will look into both this and Kurmi (giving me Ms Piggy vibes). I also like the idea of submitting this idea and I will do just that. I'd also like to see an option to add phones to a "virtual stockroom" so that I can digitally store phones at certain locations and know what I have available/unallocated to make it easier to maintain inventory and assign as needed.

Much appreciated!
