How to Update User Licenses and Direct Line Number in Bulk

Hello Community.

We have 1600 Plus users already synchronized from Azure Active Directory to WebEx Control Hub.

We want to, 

1. Update Licenses for all these users in Bulk. For Eg. Disable Meeting and Messaging Licenses and assign Calling License

2. Update Direct Line of all the users in bulk.

I tried to download CSV file, updating TRUE /FALSE and Direct Number for all users but Importing files back to control hub throws with some DIRECT_LINE error.

The easiest way to change licenses is bulk is to first have them in groups.  License templates can be applied to groups then you have the option to update future users or active users.  As for the CSV you must have a formatting issue or the numbers do not exist in the calling configuration in the first place.
