When I first installed the Webex Windows desktop app it displayed all calls, incoming and outgoing for one day. After a week, it hasn't displayed a single call since.
Any help with identifying how I can reset or check why this is not working would be appreciated.

Have you tried using Webex App on different PC/Laptop or mobile device? Is it same result?

Same issue.
Reset did not fix.
No history using the portal either.

This is interesting, What version of the WebEx app are you using?

Just fyi: there was an issue with the Webex Calling call history between September 1st and 5th. No PSTN calls were listed in that time frame in the Webex App. Meetings/Calls in Webex were listed.
But as you said it is still not working for you, I'd also think of a client issue.
Does it work via the Webex Web app (https://web.webex.com/)? Do you see your calls in your CUP?

Hi @Righter8,
Please try resetting your Webex app. In Webex app, click on Profile Picture >> Help >> Health Checker >> Reset (next ot Database Status).

Reset, but difference yet. Let's see if it shows any calls I make or receive...
