can you configure shared lines with WebEx Calling?

For shared lines: Go to CH->Devices and select the device you want to add a shared line to. In the right slide out, you will find the box for the lines of that device. Simply add a new line and you're done.
For monitored lines: Select the user you want to add a monitored line to, in the slide out go to Calling->Advanced Settings->Monitoring.
For E/A it is a bit more as you have to do configuration for both: https://help.webex.com/gfoc4o/

Yes, that is possible.
You may either use the Shared Line Apperance feature or Exec/Assistant.
Shared Lines are currently not available in the Webex App (E/A is).
