We just migrated from CUCM and I noticed that our phone displays are not turning off after business hours. We have the Cisco 8865 phones. Is there somewhere in the control hub that controls this on the phones?

For MPP phones there is not the concept of Business hours (the 98XX (phone OS) does have this). But you can set how long the light stays on after an action on the phone. this can be done individually, at the location level or organization wide. To make this change globally goto Calling --> Service Settings --> Configure Default Device Settings

We did find the backlight timer but users are used to seeing the display on all the time so we thought we would look into it.
Thank you for confirming what I thought about the business hours and the display,

This can be configured on the phone through CUCM or set within the device profile. Here are the specific instructions
