Can you have two business phone numbers transfer as both primary numbers for one mobile device? I am office manager at a small company and we are looking for a product that we can use for our phone system so we can receive calls remotely as well as in office. We have two outside business phone numbers and we want all calls from both numbers to come to my phone before they go to anyone else. Is that able to be done?
Thanks

This is a loaded question/answer. Short answer is yes. There are hunt group options, call forwarding straight from your phone or even incorporate Webex Go where your cell phone acts as if it was an office phone.

In this case, the best solution is to have each of the outside numbers assigned to a Hunt Group or Call Queue, so that you can control which users get the calls in order. If you want call to either outside number to ring the exact same people in order, you can build a single Hunt Group with both outside numbers assigned. If you want to ring other people after you, and that list is different depending on which outside number was called, then you'll have to have a Hunt Group for each number.
Your user account will not have either of the outside numbers; you'll have either just an extension or your own "full" number. Inside the Hunt Group(s), you will be the first "Agent" and the Call Routing Pattern should be set to Top Down, so that it rings your phone first before ringing anyone else.
