I have a customer with an on-prem CUCM/Unity installation that is considering hosted call control. The CUCM/Unity features they use are pretty simple. The one thing I don't have an answer for is that they have a large quantity of overhead speakers from Valcom that are controlled by Singlewire Informacast. CUCM uses a SIP trunk to send calls to Informacast. Is this possible in Webex Calling, or are there other solutions available to handle overhead paging through IP speakers?
They also do limited paging to the phone handsets. They could probably live without that, but the IP speakers are a "must have".

Hi @Elliot Dierksen,
Singlewire provides "Full Support" for Cisco Webex Calling Multitenant integrations with InformaCast Fusion. If customer is using on premise InformaCast then they need to migrate to Cloud based InformaCast Fusion. Please see below URLs:

Hi @Elliot Dierksen,
For license migration path, you need to reach out to Singlewire Account Manager. If your existing licenses are under support contract then Account Manager will be able to help you.

Do you know if there is a license migration path from on-prem to cloud? They are using a licensed full version of Informacast, not the free basic version.
