Hi All,

Sorry for Asking the such simple question. I configured an ISR4431 as the Local Gateway for Webex Calling. When I tried to make call from Webex App. It return as 484 Address incomplete and found that the SIP INVITE message is different as seems to use SIP-URI instead of E164 that show as below. Please advise if there any setting that needs to make on Control Hub and Local Gateway to modify the message.

Received:

Also:

Are you routing calls from Webex Calling >> Local Gateway >> CUCM >> PSTN?

What are the Service Settings under Calling >> Service Settings >> Call Routing between Webex Calling and premises?

Please rate helpful posts and if applicable mark "Accept as a Solution".
Thanks, Vaijanath S.

Hi Vaijanath,

Currently, I  route as Webex Calling >> Local Gateway >> PSTN for the testing lab.

Also the  Service Settings under Calling >> Service Settings >> Call Routing between Webex Calling and premises -> using "Standard behavior"
