Hello Everyone,
Can we register DX80, SX20, MX800 and IX5000 endpoints on WebEx Control Hub. What will happen with the SX20 Remote and Touch 10 Controller of MX800 and IX5000.

The DX80 is currently a supportable device, but becomes obsolete on 31 January 2026, so there should be no issues adding that to Control Hub at the current time.
The other devices (SX20, MX800) are already obsolete devices, on 31 October 2024 and 31 March 2024 respectively. While they can be added to and managed by Control Hub, there may be a point in time in the future where, as obsolete devices, they may no longer work.
The IX5000 is also obsolete (31 October 2024). The IX was only ever able to be registered to a CUCM and is not supported on Webex.

Wayne
Can those SX or MX systems run CE software or must they be running the RoomOS software?
Thanks

SX/MX cannot run RoomOS, they need to be on the CE9.x code, preferably the latest CE9.15.

Thanks Wayne, I do not think I asked my question clearly, my question is:
Can systems that are running the latest CE software be managed by Control Hub?
We know that TMS has reached end of life and we still have 100+ systems that run CE software to manage and we want to know if these CE software systems can be managed with Control Hub
Thanks

Yes. You can manage devices that run CE9 with Control Hub.

The only systems that can run CE code are the ones that don't support RoomOS - SX/MX. You cannot run CE on Room Series, Desk Series, etc, CH will require those to be on RoomOS.

IX's are not supported in CH at all (they never were), and the other devices are all end of support. You can still register them, but you'll get messages saying they are not supported.
