USB Pass-Through Macros changing the Monitor Roll settings

I'm using Cisco Room bar and Room Kit devices in the organisation.

We are using some macros in the device for usb passthrough option.

This macro is changing the settings of monitor roll settings from "Single" to "Auto" 

We have only one display installed in the room but it is automatically going to Dual Screen mode. Which will hide out view as we do not have a second screen.

There for we do not want the macros to change any monitor roll settings.

How can we resolve this issue?

Did you get an answer? I have the exact same problem using macro device mode on a single screen device Cisco room 55. After the macro runs, the configuration of the codec is stuck in dual for monitors. Thanks

Why are you using macros at all? The Room Bar has full support of the native Call from Laptop feature.

We have Cisco Webex Room Kit and Codec pro also Room Bars without USB C-Type Cable.
Without usb passthrough macros, we can’t use the room camera and mics/speaker in other laptops.
So we are using “projUSB_Main_1-3-0” to enable the usb passthrough.

Do you have the "projUSB_Main_1-3-0" macro to enable the USB passthrough?

You only need to do that on the Room Kit - the Room Bar supports USB passthrough natively, you don't need any additional hardware or macros.  That will solve your problem on those anyway.
