Is conference call (UCM) supported on WebEx devices like DX80 & room kits? Hybrid calling is activated on mentioned devices.

Yes, conference calling is supported.  You have to consider all the same conditions as for a regular phone device (conference bridging resources (built in for 3 way, DSPs for multiparty beyond that, codec support, etc.).  From the DX or room kit, instead of a conference button, you select the option to "Add call" and then "Merge".  Let us know if that helps or provide more info as requested above.
