I am trying to integrate my company's own campaign manager with Contact Center. I have been following this documentation: https://developer.webex-cx.com/documentation/guides/campaign-manager-outbound-dialers
I am stuck trying to get the dialer to request records from my LCM. I have gotten the Integration authentication to save successfully and have used the API to create a campaign.
I am not able to see any requests come into my api at the URL I provide in "dialingListFetchURL".
I have seen that in my Control Hub that Campaign Management is disabled in the Addons section. Does that need to be enabled and toggled to the on position for me to finish the integration?

Turns out enabling the feature was not the answer to my problem. After working directly with developer support I we found some missing details in the guide specifically the Integration you configure needs to have a very specific name "CampaignManagerCredential". After that change and a couple other user auth tweaks I was able to get my campaign manager dialing.

Thanks for posting the fix. Are they going to update the guide/is there a documentation defect for it to help out the next person?

The guide in the docs were updated to specify the specific naming.

Since it says it needs to be enabled to work with Acqueon (link below), I'm guessing you'd need it for your own home grown one?
