I have recorded an interview for an hour and I heard my interviewee perfectly. Now listening to the recorded video only my audio can be heard, the other person's audio is not heard through out all the interview. Please advise on what can be done to retrieve their audio.

You recorded this using what? You've given us no info - what was the endpoint, was this using Webex, CMS? The more details the better.

I have recorded it using WebEx and saved on my computer. In the saved recording I can only hear myself, but cannot hear my participant at all. During the interview, their voice was very clear and there were no issues, yet in the whole 1 hour recording I can't hear their audio at all.
