Webex Meetings and Webex App

Hi, i'm using Webex for a collaboration and would like have a bot, which sends a welcome message to people which joins a space for the first time. I didn't find such a bot in the Apps directory. Can somebody help me?

Webex markdown doesn't handle links using syntax like [lab page](http://[2001:420:abcd::ef]:1234/somepage) - link text is rendered, but it is not made into a link. Is this intentional or a missing feature?
