I have a free plan Webex and used it for an interview session, I pressed record and stopped recording it should be a 35 minute recorded video. I am able to see the MP4 file, however I cannot open it on my Mac. Prior to this I did some testing with recorded 10 seconds video of myself on my personal room and it generated clearly and quite fast. Just wondering why my 35 minute recording cannot be opened. Is there anyway for me to retrieve or re-download ? I don't have the premium plan and aware that I cannot access a list of recording with the free plan.

I'm having a similar problem. I recorded a meeting but forgot to press "stop recording". now i got a mp4 file with 0 bytes and a .webex file with with ~300 MB. is there anyway to retrieve the recording/to convert the .webex file into mp4?

The free Webex-Account/License does not allow recording to the Cisco-Cloud but you may record to your local computer.

In the latter case you should have a pretty large (several megabytes) MP4-File.
If your computer does offer a compatible application to open this file you may try to use VLC: http://www.videolan.org/
