Hi,

What is the firmware version? Was this happening before or did you make any change in the configuration? Do you have only one CBW140AC facing this issue?

If after restart you are observing the same behaviour you should factory reset the AP https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/smb/wireless/CB-Wireless-Mesh/2120-reset-to-factory-default-cbw.html

If that also does not help you should raise a case with the Cisco technical support at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tsd-cisco-small-business-support-center-contacts.html

Regards,

Martin

I guess firmware version is Cisco AireOS Version 10.3.1.0.

below is what I did

Unboxing > Power on CBW140ac with L3 POE Switch > Connect Cisco Business-setup SSID > Open the page

I have 4 CBW140ac and all ap facing same issue.

Did you try to clear the browser's cookies, cache and history?

Thanks,

Martin

Fire fox was clear cookies, cache and history.

I installed Firefox when I trying to setup AP.

It wasn't installed before.

And I can't reach to http://ciscobusiness.cisco with Cisco Business-Setup SSID connect.

I can reach as a IP address (like 192.168.1.2/screen/startup.html)

Thanks.

Hi,

Do you still face the same issue i.e. after refreshing the page still getting the HTML code displaying instead of the normal page? If so please try to factory reset the device following the steps below:

1. Remove or unplug the Power to the device.
2. Press and hold the Mode button while re-applying power to the device.
3. Once the LED pattern changes to Green/off, release the Mode button and allow the device to continue
booting up.

If you continue to face the same issue please open up a case with the tech support to further investigate.

Thanks,

Martin

Note that if the Mode button is pressed for over 60 seconds, factory defaults reset will be ignored or if it is pressed after the device boots up, it is ignored. After a few seconds, the device LED will begin blinking alternating Green/Amber for 20 seconds, then switch
to Green/off
