Hi everyone.
I tried to do software update on my wi-fi network. I have set of 8 primary AP without mesh.
Every time when pre-downloading for first AP was complete it show error "Invalid tarfile or extraction"
Now I have 10.2.2.0 version.
I tried to load 10.6.2.0, 10.3.2.0. I tried to update directly from cisco.com, from HTTP. I tried to load file for MESH first (I have no MESH AP). But every time i see the same error.
Any suggestions?
Thank in advance

- Save the configuration of the device to an external repository , followes by a factory reset and try again,

Small Update.
If your CISCO 150AX and whole Cisco Business does not update.
1. Take out 1 cisco 150AX router from your network.
2. Make reset to factory default for it.
3. Update to last software update
4. Save full config in xml from main network.
5. Load main config to this separate modem
6. Power off your modems from main network
7. Put on updated modem with last software to the network as Primary Default
8. One by one put on all modems to the network and wait. 20-20 minutes later it will updated to the last software version from the primary modem
9, Last but not least. the Modem which was as Primary default in old network your should reset with the button. It will be also updated after connection.
So you get full updated Wi Fi network after that

- This could be a bug as in https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvb01808
This would deadlock you indeed ; however what sometimes happens is that if you upgrade too quick ; jumping over a few releases , that the format of the upgrade file is not recognized by the device and on the current older version. It's best to check the Release Notes of the target version and look for info concerning upgrade paths ,

As summary.
I took out one of AP from network. Make factory reset as alone AP. Update to last version 10.6. without any problem.
I loaded config from main network and it was successful.
Looks like i need to do it one more time with resetting all APs on a weekend.
Thanks to Marce!

Did you follow the instructions at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/csbap/CBW_WiFi_6/Admin_Guide/b_cisco_business_wifi_6_admin_guide/m_5_management.html#id_123385__section_tqv_vps_sqb or did you try to install the zip file from the download site?

Hey Rich,
It is impossible to load zip. I followed instruction with HTTP option, and also i tried with option Cisco.com. This way is with maximum automate and you can't choose wrong file, wrong firmware etc.
