Hello,
I want to know what is the maximum range of WAP200E. I found in an overview of the family of access points "CISCO SMB" that could reach up 4kms. Is that true?
Thanks for the help!.
Joel.

Hi Joel, the WAP200E can have an external antenna added, the HGA9N. I'm not sure you will reach 4 km, but it is close to a theoretical maximum under 100% perfect / ideal conditions.

Hello Mr. Ortiz,
After doing some research, I found some information related to the WAP200E using a HGA9N and the Maximum outdoor range for this devices is 120 m (0.078 mi) at 54 Mbps and 880 m (0.55 mi) at 11 Mbps
Let me send you the page from the cisco site where I found it.
