Finally find the solution, I have re-created the admin user of the AP from the WLC :

config ap mgmtuser add username <myUser> password <myPassword> enablesecret <myEnablePassword> <myApName>

and now, when I connect to my AP, I can run config terminal

Thanks to all for your help

You can also try use conf t to go into configuration part

Thnks but doesn't work either

try config t  (same as you tried - but short cut see if that works?)

What is the model of the AP / IOS Code running  - is this registered with WLC ? or standalone mode ?

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hi BB,

This is the Cisco Aironet 2700 Series (IEEE 802.11n) Access Point running Cisco IOS Software, C2700 Software (AP3G2-K9W8-M), Version 15.3(3)JA10, RELEASE SOFTWARE

Registered with WLC

If that is registered with WLC, you cam manage using WLC only you have less capability to change anything.

what is the reason you looking to use config t ?

I want to define snmp community.

I can't define thru WLC

As i mentioned i dont believe you can do while WLC  based setup the APs do not support SNMP,

you need poll   WLC IP for SNMP.
