Issue changing my Access Point password

Hi,

i am having problems changing the cisco WAP321 for the very first time.

The manual says the default user and password, and ok, it Works. but inmediately, it makes me change the password for the fisrt time, i changed it, and automatically it make me logout. Whan i try to login with the new password, it does not let me login. I reseted the Access P. and the surprise is that i can not login in with the default user and password. I can no Access in no way to the Access P.

What should i do?

FYI, for anyone else that has this problem... I had the same issue when trying to login via Internet Explorer.  When I switched to Chrome, the default user and password worked...  problem solved.

Hello, 

I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue. I have seeing this before and it is browser related. You can follow skelzer01 recommendation and switch to chrome, or you can enable compatibility view in IE 11, this will fix the issue most of the time.
