Hi Dheeraj, the device has a running config. When you make a change to the unit, it will not save until you save the running config to the start up config. It sounds like the unit was configured but never saved.

thanks for the reply Tom, we did save the configuration and the device was off for a day , then we put it on a network the configuration was there , it worked for more than two weeks, but is it possible that it both devices got reset due to power glitch?

is somebody can help me to resolve this issue, will appreciate for reply, thanks

Dheer, on older firmwares, there were bugs when using things like UK time zone, when rebooting the unit, it would factory default. Last I knew, those bugs had been resolved on the latest firmware. If I'm not mistaken, that bug included places like United Emirates so I do not know what extent it could affect other time zones.

This is the only reason I could figure you'd randomly drop config if you saved the configs correctly.

So the tl;dr (too long didn't read) answer would be to make sure you're on the latest firmware and test your time zone by adjusting it, save the config, reboot the unit or try to emulate a power outage to see what happens.
