hi,
I've configured the 321 device, it's working fine for browsing.
the problem I'm having is when I'm connected on the wired network I can watch an entire youtube video but when I'm on wifi on the 321 device the video at some point stops downloading... it's like the connection to the video gets disconnected but internet browsing is ok because it's small chunks of tcp downloads.
anyone else has experiened this?

Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching Small Business Support Community.
I would first suggest you to check on the wireless radio operating mode; the default is 802.11b/g/n so make sure you leave on its default and notice the wireless NIC on your mobile device must be 802.11n compliant so you can have the maximum data rate possible.
Wireless > Radio>Basic Settings>Mode
Make sure the Channel Bandwidth is set to 20/40Mhz. The 20/40 MHz channel enables higher data rates. Packet Fragmentation can also be something to try out but I'd suggest you not to change the default by now.
Wireless > Radio>Advanced Settings> Fragmentation Threshold
Notice that the 2.4GHz frequency is very susceptible to interference since some appliances like cordless phones and microwaves use the same and may cause interference and the 5Ghz has a poor coverage range in comparison to 2.4Ghz and where you must not be far away from the WAP321 to have a good transmission rate.
If by any chance your wireless mobile device does not have a 802.11n compliant wireless NIC but another like 802.11b/g, then the available data rate won't be as good as expected and therefore you would have to be as close as possible to the WAP321 when transmitting large packet sizes, and for youtube I would then suggest you to lower the video quality to 240p for example.
Just in case here an interesting document with some Wireless performance tips;

I hope you find this information useful and please let me know if there is anything I may assist you with.
